Everybody knows that nowadays, almost all the people have healh problems, sometimes serious sometimes not serious.

Do you have a health plan for your life?

Write 150 words about your health plan to be a healthy people, a healthy parent for your sons, and a healthy person in the society.

  1. My health plan
    I am very well of the health…I drink the water because it´s good for my health it helps at the circulation of the blood…I eat fruits in such conditions as be damp or some that is in season…how melon, orange, lemon, etc…because is citrus fruits and contain vitamins that are protection for your body.
    I like to eat vegetables greens how lettuce, cabbage, avocado, gourd and chili (though in tittle quantity)…
    I take precaution with objects that are damaging to my health; how knife, penknife, glass...
    I don’t eat food scrap, how fried potato’s.
    I run in the park, practice some deport (basketball, volleyball, soccer, baseball, etc…)
    I don’t watch a lot of TV, better play game of table for speed up the mind.
    I have good food products, rich in vitamins to have balance in my body.
    I don’t put tattoo because gives one bad presentation. I don’t smoke because the tobacco is harmful for all.

  2. MY HEALT PLAN.
    To have my healthy life I eat fruit, I like the fruit for example the watermelon, mango and cucumber with lemon, salt and chilli, but I have gastritis and when I eat chilli, I have stomachaches, I do not like much vegetables but is necessary to eat vegetables for one health life.
    My diet is rich in greasy, and junk food, but I don’t get fat.
    For, I have to healthy life is necessary to do exercise because I don’t have good physique condition.
    I need to sleep 8 hours in the day because in the school I feel sleepy.
    I need to eat well and eat everyday at the same time because I will have stomachache and I get fat.
    I don’t like to gave diet and look after my food but I think is important to avoid illness.
    Is important do not drink wine because it is affect the liver.

    My health is good, but my health plane for all my life is to go walking every day in the morning, I get home and I have breakfast some healthy for example one plate of fruit with cucumber, mango, watermelon, and more fruits, also drink a juice orange or milk. I have to balance food, and in the night I eat some light. One a two times for year I go to the hospital with the doctor a checkup. Also tree of four days a week I go to the spot unit to play some sport for example: volleyball, soccer, basketball, front tennis or other, if I can`t I do exercise in my house, also when I have free time I go to read a book in instead of watch T.V a one movie, and eat cereal with yogurt instead of the “sabritas” and junk food. I plane that my health is good all the time.

    My health plan is simple. I plan to eat fruits and vegetables because they are healthy and delicious, and I like much the fruits, cereal and vegetables, for example the watermelon, oranges, apples, bananas, carrots and tomatoes.
    I plan to practice sports every days, for example basket-ball, volley-ball and football soccer. I plan to do exercise with my friends in my house half an hour every day or if I can´t. I’m going to walk at the unit sport or at the boulevard with YesiLoera.
    I don’t plan to consume much fats and sugars, I plan to drink much water and fruit juice because it´s delicious and it´s very healthy. I don´t plan to eat much junk food and eat more health, walk rather than use the car, too I think to go to the doctor frequently, and wash my hands before and after of eating and don´t eat fast food and don´t drink much soda and candies. 

    I plan on stop drinking beer and tequila in the fiestas because that’s bad for my health, I also will start a healthy eating plan because I drink too much coca cola, and chips and French fries will also be eliminated form my diet.
    I will start working out, and running in the afternoon, and running in the afternoon, because I need to lose some weight that way I will be healthy physically and I plan on never taking any type of drugs, because drugs are bad, and they destroy your health your brain and your body, and to avoid them I will play basketball and other sports like soccer, front ton and volley ball, and I will stop watching that much T.V. or surfing the net, because that affects my visual and physical health, and I will stop being friends with Antonio de Jesus because he`s kind of gay and I don’t trust his manliness.

    I plan to go to the laboratory, I realize medic exams to see my corporal system, eventually I have an illness I go to the hospital. I will go to the doctor periodically. I will eat fruits and vegetables, because is healthy for my body, I will drink water, serum, because is good for the physical activity. I will walk in the afternoons, because is a good exercise for my legs. I will go to the soccer field, to practice this sport. I do not eat junk food because is a bad for my body. I will not drink beer because is a bad substance for my heart, I will run in the field, because is a good and healthy activity for my system of respiration. I will not drink soda, because is very much sugar for my blood, and I will have a healthy life for my well-being.

    My healh plan is simple deal with do sport every day half war. In my nutrition, I will include fruts about apple, orange. Vegetables about carrot, and green, about celery and broccoli. Food of animal about white meat.
    About sports, I like to play basketball. I will go to visit the doctor frequently. I will wash my hands before eat. I will not eat junk a food.
    I will not use the car. I will walk very much. I will drink water frequently. I will run in the park every day. I don`t eat much fats and sugars. I will not eat flour. I will not eat irritating. I will not eat grease. I will inculcate one health plan a my family for that they will not to suffer cardiovascular sickness.
    I think so everyone they’ll follow the advice nobody they will suffer sickness for not have one health plan

    Is don´t brink beers because peace to take i´m stuppend . I think that if have what to eat more fruit and vegetables although I don´t like to need accustom to eat this necessary to have one diet.
    In the present nobody do exercise because existence much apparatus electronic with the used the diversion and evit have time .
    I need have heath plan to life eat fruits vegetables, fish, sleep eighth hours, have ejercite everytime the people what eat healthy life don’t have sickess the heart, obesity and unmene sisteam.
    To believe what in mexico must increase the education envelope the nutritious now reach the first place in obesity in the world should diminish the juak food and the fatss.

  10. MY HEALTH PLAN
    Well my health plan is always to eat healthy, eat fruits and vegetables. Such as potatoes, squash, zucchini, carrot, apple, banana, mango, watermelon, strawberries, grapes, cherries, blueberries and limes.
    Also to eat lots of serials and serial products, such as rice, wheat, oats, beans, lentils, and nuts and almonds, because they provide many nutrients for my body
    I also eat food of animal origin as but should Be less as these contain too much fat and cholesterol bad for the body. Some animals foods are milk, cheese, eggs and yogurt.
    I also eat sugar and fat, but very few because they provide energy to my body but i do not eat too much.
    Well if I have a good diet and as right for my body, I drink two liters of water a day, I do sport and exercise often and I go to the doctor, i can have a healthy life.

    I plan to have one very very good health all my life I plan to have much care in my person and don´t think to become. I think to have one food very healthy and balanced, I plan to have a lot of physic activity physics to have very good figure, I think to drink vitamin for fortify my immune system, I think to drink calcium to fortify my bones, I think to eat fruits and vegetables everyday of my life and in special my favorite fruits the peach and my favorite vegetable the carrot and courgett. I plan to brink much water Zima, to have thought out not break my arm or leg or hand or food. I plan to go visit the doctor frequently and continue her recommendation. I think to drive with care and low speed. Do exercise everyday and run everyday. I think don´t smoke or drink alcohol or ingest enervating or nothing who can damage my health.

    I have a life healthy, i eat fruits and vegetables for example, Apple, pear, banana, and lttuce, carrot, etc. I practice exercise too for example: soccer, Voleibol, baseball, basketball, etc. I study everyday two hours, and i wake me up early and i sleep early too I have to be in bed at 10 o'clock at night. I need to walk everyday at least 1 hour a day. I need to drink to milk for what my bones are strong. I don`t drink wine neither nor smoke. I brush my teeth in the morning after breakfast in the afternoon after lunch and at night after dinner to prevent tooth decay. I don`t eat fast food or junk food. I should eat 3 times a day to have a balanced feed, i take 3 or more liters of wáter a day to cleans my body. To prevent infection in my stomach i wash my hands before eating and after using the toilet.

  13. For have my health plan eat vegetables for example, carrot, pumpkin potato etc. also to eat fruits for example: banana, apple, pear, strawberry and all the green fruits . To also have a good plan of health there is that to take milk so that the bones are healthy and strong . also to drink the juices in the morning and to have a balanced food, also to have a good health it is necessary to avoid to eat eaten scrap because it fattens us and it causes damages to our health
    to have a good health it is necessary to exercise at least one hour a day to have a good physical condition and to have a good health
    to avoid stomach infections it is necessary to wash the hands before and after each food and before and after going to the bathroom, it is also necessary to take a bathroom every day, to avoid accidents it is not necessary to consume any type of drugs, neither alcohol because in first they are very expensive and in second they damage our health

    I think that having a health plan is very, very, very important because this way, you can a prevent sickness, accidents and even problems with society.
    I think that nowadays is very necessary that all the people should learn how to care for you health.
    I am very preoccupied for my health; therefore I plan to have a health plan.
    I think that is very important:
    • Drink lots of water.
    • Eat many fruit.
    • Eat many vegetables.
    • Do exercise frequently or practice some sport. (I like to play basketball and soccer)
    Do exercise eliminate a stress, fatigue and calories!
    • Is very important to go to the dentist frequently and don´t eat sweets in excess to prevent caries. Also is important to go to the doctor with frequency.
    • Don´t smoke.
    • Don´t drive fast neither drinking alcohol.

    For one live long. Is necessary to carry one diet rich are fruts and grenery. Eat hamburger, hot dogs, pizza and “nachos” is bad for your healt, but is very, very, very necessary to feat with every type the food. Also is necessary washing my hand is good for my healt. Is very, very, very necessary to have one hugiene with our body. I have the place where long-likedin good condition also is very, very, very good speak with he doctor for who he prescribe one diet who helps a not arrive a to have sicknees. Is very but very good to practice his muscle and to avoid sickness and to have physic conditions and to have an better body. The little boy is also necessary who has one diet to avoid sickness and obesity who is the consequence who to get the not to feed the way to cure.

  16. I plan leave the beer, the smoke and other tinghs like churritos sabritas, candys. I do exercise have a very good health and atractive body. I eat healthy food like mango, watermelon, melon, cucumbers, jamaica and apple. Drink juice of melon, watermelon and water. I plan to go to the doctor, talk with he and take a extrict diet. I run all days in the afternoon and do some exercise in my house all nights after to sleep. I will leave the bad persons like chuy, bryan, alex, erick cause they are a vicious persons and i need to leave the vicious and that´s the better thing.
    I want to be a healthy person and have good body and good health. Cause i want girls and they want me. But not exagerous body. I invite a all persons to do exercise and have a good health. Let´s do the all possible to have a better health and better society.

    I plan to do healthy things like run, jump, ride in a bicycle, and things like that, also do exercise, I plan to work in a company and get a lot of money, I plan eat fruits and vegetables cause is for my healthy, I eat candies and snacks and that food is bad for my health, I plan get up early run 30 minutes in the morning and make a milk shake and drink that, I plan stop watching TV so much cause is bad, I plan play sports like basketball, football, soccer, tennis, golf, hockey, baseball, and others sports, I plan to get train cause the another day my friend Bryan beat me but I don’t know is a good friend, and also I want train cause I want fight in a cage in the UFC and be a professional, I don’t have a healthy plan cause I like me!
